Family Day at Teatro del Sale
On Saturday, October 17 at Teatro del Sale, a full schedule of activities will bring Chinese culture to life through creativity, storytelling, and sensory experiences, including:
11:00 - 14:00 | Cooking Class with Lunch (Paid activity, reservation required)
A cooking workshop dedicated to discovering Asian cuisine, designed as a moment of sharing and conviviality. Participants will be guided through the preparation process and will then enjoy lunch together and a selection of Cibrèo wines.

A performative workshop dedicated to the preparation of Chinese tea. Expert tea practitioners will guide the audience through the different stages of the ritual: from selecting and preparing the tea leaves to boiling the water and brewing the tea, all the way to appreciating its taste, aroma and distinctive qualities.
An opportunity to discover one of the oldest and most fascinating traditions of Chinese culture.

Presentation of L’uomo che ha inventato la Cina di oggi by Sergio Basso, with the author in attendance.
A conversation dedicated to contemporary China and the transformations that have shaped its recent history, explored through the author’s perspective and analysis.
The event is organized in collaboration with Loggia and La Città dei Lettori.
